CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE

We ensure the correlation between the corrective maintenance and the preventive and predictive maintenance program, in order to reduce unnecessary stops of equipment and implicitly the decrease in costs.
 
 
 

It is important that all the factors involved in the maintenance of the building to be aware of the equipment and understand the importance of each equipment and the ways and means of operation on them, in case of an emergency (fault). The maintenance personnel should know what is to be done, by whom, where, when, and why.

 

Compliance with the procedures of work is essential for the entire system, as well as the detailed description of the responsibilities assigned to the  specific staff, for the purpose of correct reporting of working operations to be carried out.

 

This activity consists in performing repairs, restoration or replacement of components of equipment, sub-assemblies or repair of the ceilings and floors.

 

The history of equipment must be exact in order to be useful and efficient in the framework of MPA program.
