PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

Preventive Maintenance consists of two components:

 

  1. Monitoring situation (actions that detect damages): Visual, gustatory and ultrasound inspections;

 

  1. Preventive maintenance (actions that prevent damages): Adjustment, balance, lubrication, alignment, etc.;

 

Daily maintenance is carried out by means of a software, able to provide a complete examination and all the necessary details of activities and operations reported by every change of shift. All additional works called extra-work are treated separately and executed in a way that does not affect the daily maintenance activities.

 

In accordance with the quality standards, the BMF GROUP teams operate in accordance with the specialized technical documentation, offering the Beneficiary all information relating to the functionality of systems and the condition of equipments.
